With distinctive pyramid-topped pillars that crown the city skyline, Georges Quay Plaza is a prominent office development project designed by KMD Architecture. Located in Dublin’s city centre, this state-of-the-art project consists of multiple tower blocks that reach up to 13-storeys. It features a distinctive glass façade and spans 106,680 m² which yields extensive third-generation office space.
We provided Category A stainless steel and glass finishes to the staircase balustrades, elevator lobby walls, lobby columns and ceiling as well as various other bespoke solutions for both the interior and exterior. We also worked on many Fit-out projects to deliver customised, high quality solutions for the tenants of the building consisting primarily of international financial institutions and service providers.
The Georges Quay Plaza project won widespread acclaim as one of Dublin’s most successful office projects. Prior to completion, over three-quarters of the building were let, with only two-and-a-half floors remaining after completion. Tenants include prominent international banks and some of the largest fund management organisations in the world.
